Prepare Package
Securely pack the lens in its original factory packaging, including all lens caps, hoods, manuals, and protective pouches to ensure no damage during transit.
Ship Item
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking number.
Quality Inspection
Once received, our technicians will inspect the optics and housing for signs of use; approved returns will be processed for a full refund within 5-7 business days.
